Cleanings & Check-Ups
Routine dental exams and cleanings every 6 months are vital to maintaining your child's oral health. We clean and polish your child's teeth to remove plaque and tartar build-up and apply protective fluoride to strengthen enamel.
During check-ups, Dr. Mahal examines tooth, gum, and jaw development, providing personalized guidance to parents on brushing, flossing, and nutrition.
Protective Dental Sealants
Sealants are thin, protective plastic coatings applied to the chewing surfaces of your child's back teeth (molars). These surfaces have deep grooves that are difficult to clean with standard brushing, making them susceptible to decay.
The sealant flows into the grooves and bonds with the enamel, forming a shield that prevents plaque, food, and bacteria from settling in. The procedure is quick, painless, and highly effective.
Restorations (Fillings)
If your child develops a cavity, it is important to treat it promptly to prevent infection and protect the underlying permanent tooth. We offer different fillings and restorative options—including tooth-colored (white composite) fillings, silver restorations, and pediatric crowns—tailored to your child's specific dental needs and tooth structure.

Sedation & General Anesthesia
For anxious children, very young patients, or those requiring extensive treatment, we offer multiple comfort solutions:

- Oral Sedation: A liquid medication taken before the appointment to provide deeper relaxation.
- General Anesthesia: Performed by a certified anesthesiologist in our specialized private facility. The child sleeps peacefully throughout the entire procedure.
